Job Overview:
The SEO Team Leader is responsible for leading the SEO team to develop and execute effective strategies that enhance the company's online presence and search engine rankings. This role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of SEO strategies, ensuring that the company’s websites and digital content achieve maximum visibility and attract a high volume of relevant traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Organize regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies along with the business goals.
- Identify and execute opportunities for growth in organic search traffic.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Implementation and Optimization:
- Oversee the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.

Collaboration:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
- Experience with SEO reporting and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.
